Access to Ruby Institute Resources
During your time with Ruby Institute, you will have access to multiple resources that help you learn better. The access policy may vary across these resources.

Following is the policy for each of these resources:

Cohort:
Ruby Institute does not claim to offer 1-1 Mentorship. Rather, the company offers its services and programs in a Cohort or Batch mode via Online & Offline channels.

Program Resources:
Ruby Institute Services involve various Cohort-based Mentorship Programs, Masterclasses, Online or Offline Trainings, etc., wherein the company offers a comprehensive package of resources including Live Mentor-led Sessions, Recorded Videos, Assignments, Assessments, Quizzes, Cheatsheets, Notes, etc., according to the need & design of the Programs, subject to changes and modifications as deemed necessary by the company from time to time without any public declaration.

Recording of Mentor Sessions / Masterclasses:
We guarantee access to all recordings until 6 months post-completion of your last mandatory class with Ruby Institute (as part of the program you joined). In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a 30-day prior intimation. Ruby Institute may, at its discretion, extend the access period beyond 6 months if deemed fit.

Mentors:
Ruby Institute Programs are designed and delivered by Mentors who are qualified professionals and domain experts. You will have access to scheduled live cohort sessions led by mentors via the LMS Platform. You cannot access any mentor session before it has been live-streamed, after which its recording shall be made available.

Delivery Support:
A dedicated Delivery Support Executive (DSE) is available to you throughout your Ruby Institute journey to assist with concerns regarding class quality, mentor feedback, due fee clearances, technical issues, or any feedback or requests related to the Program. The company shares the contact details of this support executive via the Cohort-specific community for the enrolled program. The DSE shall be your primary contact for the above-mentioned communications, and students should not reach out to other executives unless required for specific concerns not addressed by the DSE.

Community Groups:
Every student is added to Cohort-specific communities on Discord & WhatsApp for seamless communication, discussion, and the relay of crucial program-related updates. In these communities, you may receive help from peers or other students (Disclaimer: Ruby Institute does not guarantee a response from other students/peers). You will continue to have access to some community groups created by Ruby Institute indefinitely (unless the LMS Platforms themselves cease to exist).

Resource Access:
You will continue to have access to all program resources hosted on the LMS for an additional 6 months from the date of program completion, after which limited program resources shall be available. In an unforeseen circumstance where Ruby Institute might need to revoke access to this data, you will be provided with a 30-day notice.

Career Support Services:
Students at Ruby Institute are prepared and mapped to relevant job & placement opportunities through the following channels:

  1. Job Readiness Support:
For programs like Data Analytics, Ruby Institute offers a dedicated 7-day Pre-placement Program (“Last Mile Prep”) wherein students are provided services and support such as Resume Optimization, LinkedIn Profiling, Mock Interviews*, Portfolio Building, etc.
    • Students must attend at least 70% of Live Sessions and complete the Program in all respects (Online/Offline mode) to qualify for Job-Readiness Support.
    • Students failing to meet 70% attendance will graduate with a Certificate of Completion.
  2. *Mock Interviews through Experts:
Every student enrolled in specific Ruby Institute programs like Data Analytics can take a total of 3 mock interviews with Domain Experts. These mock interviews simulate real interview scenarios and can be scheduled up to 3 months post-completion of the program.
  3. Student Portfolios:
Every student gets to create a free profile/portfolio on the Ruby Institute LMS Platform with a unique link hosted on the Ruby Institute Official Domain. The company will maintain this portfolio link as long as it operates. In an unforeseen circumstance where Ruby Institute might have to revoke access to this data, students will be given prior notice.
  4. Community Groups for Opportunities:
Ruby Institute alumni, peers, or mentors may post job opportunities in these groups and help connect students if relevant.

Placement Assistance:
Students who qualify for the 7-day Last Mile Prep module become eligible for Ruby Institute Recruiter Connect Support. Through this, the company identifies top Placement Opportunities via its Recruiter Partner Network.

Important Notes:

  1. Job-Readiness Support via the Last Mile Prep Module and Placement Assistance are provided only to students who meet the 70% overall attendance and score criteria.
  2. Ruby Institute’s Job-Readiness & Placement Assistance is intended to provide rigorous mentorship, domain expertise, networking opportunities, and access to competitive job opportunities. These services are not a Job Guarantee. Success depends entirely on competence and effort.
